KBC Group Ride – Mt Coot-tha (back side)

The group will climb the back side of Mt Coot-tha:
1st climb – 50-70rpm at hard tempo
2nd climb – every 2 minutes each rider will do an individual sprint for 10 seconds.
3rd climb – 50-70rpm at hard tempo
4th climb – fast tempo.
