KBC Performance Training – strength training

This session will focus on:
- 2 x 5-lap efforts in small groups of 3 riders with cadence between 60-70rpm;
- 5 x seated power starts; and
- 10-lap fast group effort (‘last man standing’ effort).
Pete Buggy will coach this session and Kirsty will train with everyone. If you want to receive some quality coaching by Pete and get the chance to train with Kirsty, please come along and enjoy the session. All welcome!
